JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for full-time, year-round BILLBOARD CONSTRUCTION CREW MEMBERS to immediately join our team. Your primary responsibilities will be to work on our construction crew performing various jobs, including but not limited to:

​

  • Erecting new digital or static billboard/sign structures.

  • Tearing down and removing old sign structures.

  • Executing billboard structure maintenance and safety upgrades such as adding or repairing catwalks, ladders, walk-arounds, wind guard moldings, aprons, sign faces, and safety cables.

  • Performing cosmetic improvements such as pressure washing, painting, lighting upgrades, and bulb change outs.

  • Maintaining billboard/sign sites such as making sign access road improvements and cutting brush, trees, vegetation, and grass blocking view of sign.

  • Installing advertising copy.

  • Installing wall graphics, wallscapes, and mega graphics.

  • Repairing storm-damaged sign structures and/or advertising copy.

  • Executing bus shelter repairs such as replacing broken glass, repairing ad boxes, and replacing damaged benches.

  • Installing business signage such as monument signs, channel letters, etc.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU CAN MEET ALL OF THESE DEMANDS):

  • ABSOLUTELY NO FEAR OF HEIGHTS. You will be required to climb to heights up to 200 feet in all weather conditions without restrictions using fixed, portable, and/or extension ladders.

  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and withstand constant pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching, turning, and extensive bending.

  • Must have full, unrestricted use and motion of all parts of the body.

  • Must have ability to work from ladders and to carry ladders and other necessary equipment to and from vehicle and work site.

  • Must have tolerance for working outdoors year-round including in adverse weather conditions (hot, cold, wind, snow, etc.)

  • Must have ability to work from boom trucks and bucket lifts.

  • Must have ability to start at 5am daily and occasionally work on weekends.

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • MUST have experience with hand tools and minor electrical tools, and be able to use them in a safe and effective manner.

  • High level of personal integrity by which you take pride in completing your work without sacrificing the quality of workmanship.

  • Coachable attitude with ability to learn new tasks quickly.

  • Highly disciplined and self motivated.

IT WOULD BE DESIRABLE (BUT NOT REQUIRED) IF CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE:

  • Carpentry, Metal Fabrication & Welding Experience.

  • Prior Billboard Construction Experience or Experience Working From Heights.

EDUCATION AND DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

  • Ability to understand and apply basic mathematics skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.

  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Must have access to a reliable vehicle to get to and from jobsites daily.

COMPANY BENEFITS:

  • Competitive Pay - $45,000 - $80,000.00 Starting Pay Based On Prior Experience.

  • Company Vehicle/Transportation and Tools Provided For Use Throughout The Work Day.
